Art Barn Workshop presents a family fun activity at the McCullough Hills Trail Maintenance Day, in partnership with The Library District.
Experience a few moments of calming magic as you engage in the simple (FUN!) practice of leaf rubbing. We have Cottonwood and Aspen leaves from our nearby public lands, sparkly crayons, and right-sized paper so you can easily slip your creation into your nature journal. Don’t have a nature journal yet? Great- join us at the weekly Mixed Media Workshop for Families, every Thursday at the Mt. Charleston Library and start one. You’ll learn a lot about yourself in the process. (See calendar for details).
NAC Teaching Artist, Susanne Reese and Art Barn Adventure Guide, Joan Paye have set the table for you to relax and enjoy simplicity.
